Fresh Taco Stuffed Avocado
Taco Stuffed Avocados. The perfect low carb taco! These avocados are loaded up with the BEST taco meat, cheese, tomatoes, lettuce and a dollop of sour cream. Perfect for an easy lunch or light dinner.
Ingredients
- Avocado
- Lime juice
- Your favorite fresh pico de gallo
- 1 lb. ground beef, turkey or bison
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp onion powder
- Tiny pinch of dried oregano
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- Tiny pinch of paprika
- Sea salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown meat and season with above spices
- Slice avocados in half length-wise
- Brush with fresh lime juice
- Fill the avocado halves with taco meat
- Top with fresh pico de gallo
